Genius is Perseverance is a non-profit foundation helping young people build better lives through sports — using athletics as a vehicle for character, purpose, and growth. We believe the greatest achievement is not the perseverance to accomplish, but the perseverance to presence: the discipline to meet each moment with clarity, humility, and intention, long after the applause fades.
Founded on the philosophy that carried CEO Thomas Bropleh through his professional basketball career, our mission reaches far beyond developing athletes. Through camps, mentorship, and sport, we cultivate resilient young leaders who learn that who they become matters more than what they achieve — and we carry that belief to the next generation across Liberia and beyond.
